Corrections & removal

Venue owners and managers can ask us to correct or remove a listing, and anyone can report an error. We review every request and aim to act within 7 days of receiving it. We will email you to confirm the outcome.

How it works

  1. Submit the form below, or email [email protected] with the premises number shown on the listing.
  2. We check that the request comes from the venue, usually by replying to an address on the venue’s own domain or website.
  3. Corrections are applied, or the listing is removed. Removal takes down the page, quotes and website link. We may keep a minimal suppression record so the listing is not re-added from the register.

The register data itself is published by GOV.UK. If you think the official record is wrong, please also contact your local register office.
