Registrar fees at approved venues

Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s fee for a ceremony at a licensed venue (including Windsor Guildhall), 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027: Monday to Thursday £665 up to 5pm (£735 after 5pm), Friday and Saturday £735 (£799 after 5pm), Sunday and bank holidays £799 (£825 after 5pm). Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve are charged as bank holidays, and fees are payable in full at booking. Published 2027/28 fees run from £680 to £855. On top of that you each pay the national notice fee. National statutory fees from 6 April 2026: notice £46.50 per person (£63 if a Home Office referral applies), register office statutory ceremony £62, certificate £12.50 (Registration Fees (Amendment) Regulations 2026 (legislation.gov.uk)).
