Registrar fees at approved venues

West Northamptonshire Council’s fee for a ceremony at an approved venue between 9am and 5pm, 2026/27 (one certificate included): £634 Monday to Thursday, £686 Friday (£717 from 1 June to 30 September), £712 Saturday (£753 in that summer season), £769 Sunday, bank holidays and special dates. The fee is payable in full at booking, and ceremonies after 5pm cost extra. 2027/28 fees run from £659 Monday to Thursday to £799 on Sundays. On top of that you each pay the national notice fee. National statutory fees from 6 April 2026: notice £46.50 per person (£63 if a Home Office referral applies), register office statutory ceremony £62, certificate £12.50 (Registration Fees (Amendment) Regulations 2026 (legislation.gov.uk)). Venue hire is always separate.
