Registrar fees at approved venues

Herefordshire Council’s approved venue attendance fee for 2026: £565 Monday to Thursday, £615 Friday and Saturday, £645 Sunday or bank holiday, plus a £75 non-refundable booking fee payable within 72 hours of the booking being confirmed. Changing the date, time or venue costs £55. Published fees for 2027 are £595, £645 and £680, and for 2028 £625, £680 and £715. National statutory fees from 6 April 2026: notice £46.50 per person (£63 if a Home Office referral applies), register office statutory ceremony £62, certificate £12.50 (Registration Fees (Amendment) Regulations 2026 (legislation.gov.uk)).
